The residential apartment was transformed into an office space with 4 rooms, one meeting room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The project is located in the old building of 1934 in the historical part of a city center. Its background gave us a possibility to clearly identify the main purpose of a project - preserving and highlighting the historical beauty and presence of the building, connecting outside and inside with the unique character.

Spacial interventions were minimized, leading only to the changes in the kitchen - bathroom zone.

The design solution was based on the existing layout of the building, so we've opened up the walls bricks textures, mixing some classical and modern details, such as light, glass partitions, wooden panels, moldings.
