LORETO SQUARE
Loreto square is one of the most problematic spaces in Milan. It is a car busy circle with metro station. Square is placed on the transition of the luxury city center to the new areas, mainly filled with immigrants.

We have created an extraordinary urban solution, which puts down the cars and gives priority to the pedestrians. It partially closes the square and connects one of the main streets in the city - Corso Buenos Aires - to Via Pavia - a part of an outer city.
In this way, we invite people to leave the usual border of Milan and explore the new areas.
The path is emphasized with complex buildings on both sides. It is a shopping center on the ground floor with an elevated open green area on the first floor, hidden in between the buildings.

The offices occupy all the upper floors of a complex. Buildings have the different height to make the project more dynamic and attractive.
